* Have experience on programming discipline is preferable
* Understand OOP (Object Oriented Program) Concept and Database Relational
* Understand and fluent at least one of programming languages below :

Domineer one of  .Net languages, that is VB .Net or C# .Net
3. GIS – Desktop Application (code: PGGS-D )
Domineer one of library platform : ArcGIS/ ArcIMS
